Good morning, good morning....

Can't believe I'm actually UP this morning! I was up until way too late commiserating with Adam last night. I miss him. But he has a life of his own now. :(

Anyway, besides that, my new roomie and his love interest stayed over last night. He doesn't actually move in until today, but I guess he thought that would be easier than trying to give me directions to his current/soon to be former place to help him get his stuff. Whew!

Add to this that conversations last night turned to leather, corsets, net, and floggers and it makes for an interesting evening. Especially with Adam, to whom I never showed that side of myself, even though he was privy to much "level 10 - personal" information. Eg - he was my buddy that I would tell ANYTHING.

He's happy with his wife and baby...he really deserves it. I hope he feels better soon...though I do like someone to "commiserate" with again.

Ah, well, here we go - one more day until the weekend!

Kids are fun!

Especially when they're someone else's. hehe!
The woman who I replaced in Property Claims came in today with her two adopted kids. She finally was able to adopt them and bring them home from Russia on Christmas day. Merry Christmas kids!

They were lots of fun at lunch. It was nice to see them interact with each other and see how well they're already integrating into US culture. Besides that, the little girl decided she wanted to do whatever I did - so we played monkey see monkey do for a little bit. Lots of fun. Reminds me how much I miss my niece and nephew. :(

But, for now, I'm happy having no kids.
OF course, that's prone to change sometime...
