Annual reviews

Well, I got my preliminary review.
Things look good. There is a lot to learn for the next promotion (to general adjuster, as opposed to sr. property adjuster), but, still, it is good. I'm very glad.

Now I just need to keep it up for next year.

I have to do this if I want to move up in the company. And I'm not content to stay where I am.

*sigh*

One good thing just presents more challenges.

If you schedule a meeting with folks from all over New England for 1:30 in the afternoon, then 1:38 PM is TOO LATE to cancel the meeting!
