Tickled? Not at all...

tigiraWell, today was really a total waste. A waste, I tell you!
I have not been able to view my ticklers (aka diaries) since I loaded the new security software pushed by my employer. So I tried all the mundane things myself, and then contacted the help desk.
They couldn’t help.
THEN, after several other tries, I’m told to completely remove my claims management system terminal access program, AND the diary app files. Fine.
BUT THE TERMINAL ACCESS PROGRAM WAS NOT AVAILABLE ON OUR ADVERTISED PROGRAMS! So, now I cannot work. At all. I finished one thing today that didn’t require either access to my ticklers or the claims management system.
Why did I bother getting out of bed?
And now, after a couple of days of this, it’s still not fixed, and we don’t know if it will be when I can reload everything, either. It was “something to try.”
*sigh* If I didn’t have morris practice tonight, I think I’d go for a drink or a few…
