My friend R's oldest (she's a couple of months younger than F) does the storytelling too. It's funny, you wonder WHERE they come up with these things!
Are you still doing amigurumi? I have this book my mother gave me from the 70's called "Storybook Crochet." I shall bring it and see if there are any patterns you're interested in? I love the book, and have tentative plans to make some toys for MR from these.
