I love the fact that we're starting to make our own cheese. :)
That's cool. I'm not sure whether or not I should mention this to Nancy...we're already making our own bread, yogurt and kefir and roasting our own coffee. (Not to mention occasionally pressing apple cider and brewing beer...)
