Yeah, we're also doing yogurt and bread, since yogurt is one step in the process of one of the cheeses (cream cheese - F's favorite). We're going to start aged cheeses next November, when the basement office becomes just the right temperature for much of the winter to let it age.

We're also still brewing, mostly mead but sometimes cider and wine.

The cheese is fun, so far. It also makes me feel like an appropriate geek, again. :) I've become a bit too mainstream in many things for my tastes, lately.

(Heh, I also have new Bento stuff arriving soon that I plan to use for lunches).
