Ok, that's three people I've tried to call this afternoon who are not in. Apparently, there are people in this world who make mega-moolah while only working 8am to noon on the days when they feel like it.

What did I do wrong?

My boss comes in at around 11 most days, sometimes later. But he works from home from about 7am until 10:30, and although he sometimes leaves early, he often stays until 7pm. Then again, he owns this business.

Dunno. I'm still trying to figure out how my admin boss (aka "the stupid bint") makes more than three times what I do while having no discernible usefullness and coming in late mornings when she comes in at all. If you figure it out, let me know.
