One of the lovely things about stress (any kind - but there are all kinds right now) is the GRAY HAIR.

I found a bunch more. And it's getting harder to hide them by the way I do my hair. Last time I did a coloring thing, it didn't take to the gray.

Looks like I'll just be a salt-n-pepper chick.

Oh, thank you! *grin*
I think I'll wait for coloring to see how other things work out.

Salt and pepper is HOWWWWT.

However, if it really bothers you, either go to a professional or get the dye that's specifically made to cover gray.

:-D Really?
It doesn't bother me that much. I just noticed more. Oh, well.

And I thought, after the last day, that it was kind of funny that they made themselves known now.

I like grey hair. I think it's kinda cool, especially in darker hair. Especially with that dignified-grey-at-the-temples look. I'm starting to get some there. I'm still at the point where I'm assigning blame for all of them: "That one's for Pea and Morgan fighting, and that one's from my cats attacking each other, and that one's from my boss..."

I think you would look good

You know, I think it would look good on you. Salt-n-pepper hair is neat looking, on the right people. It might also lead to a beautiful head of grey - or silver - hair. Mmmmm.

I could recommend some nice purple dye for the grey.

*GRIN*

Ah, perhaps when I have a little more so that it will actually show...
And if I'm no longer working in the insurance industry...

Yeah. Purple. or Peacock Blue. :-D

Insurance industry. Interesting appearances. Right. My sweetie Sarah works in the financial industry, which is about the same level of conservative. She did a purple streak that was hidden underneath by her neck, and then decided that even so it was too risky.

As for accumulating grey, I keep telling the kids that I had no grey hair before I had them. Talia tried to convince her Girl Scout troop that my purple is genetic, and that she'd have it too when she was older.

Well, Talia's rather creative, from what I can gather. Good for her for throwing a wrench into the works for her science teachers. I envision a kid waving his hand in the air, "But, Talia said her dad...."

Morgan found a grey hair on my head his last night before going to Ft. Drum. I know damned well it's his fault, and wouldn't be surprised if I had a few dozen more that I can't see by now! :P
